From April 6 to 7, 2022, pro-beam was exhibiting at Coiltech Germany in Ulm and presented solutions for the production of electric motors under the motto "Level Up your E-Motor Production". Visitors were able to convince themselves of the electron beam technology for the efficient contacting of hairpin stators and get to know system concepts for large and small series:
The new system concept for large series is characterized by a highly efficient electron beam welding process, which delivers reproducible and high-quality results even under fluctuating input conditions. The system for small batches is particularly suitable for welding prototypes or sample phases. The process behind the system is flexible and easily adaptable, allowing the best possible response to changes in component design.
In addition, pro-beam presented its UMH systems, with which hairpin stators can be inductively heated quickly and efficiently.
Coiltech, Coil Winding Expo and Conference, was held in Germany for the first time and is the new counterpart to the Italian edition in Pordenone.
